It covered all types of jewellery making, would have liked more about the more basic techniques rather than so much really specialised techniques. I wanted clarity of the simpler necklaces for a beginner.

Absolutely loved this with good ideas for both beginners and improvers.

FANTASTIC book! I've been making jewellery for 15 years, I'm ten pages in and I've learned 2 techniques already!! I agree with other reviewers, that it may not be suitable for complete beginners, mainly because it's packed full of ideas, so it would be hard to sift through. There are plenty of beginner books for beading /wire work etc out there.Huge thanks to the Authors, I can't believe I bought this book for less than a tenner! Steph

It's only really suitable for beginners, good book, but definitely not for more experienced makers unfortunately, I'm not an expert in making, but there's not one technique in this book I haven't already learnt, this is the problem with books online, you can't see if they're suitable
