Must have for those who work at a desk and/or have spinal issues!
I am extremely happy with my purchase of Nekmit's adjustable foot rest! I have chronic neck/spinal pain and work remotely from home at a desk. I'm 5'8'' and had to take the adjustable pad off from the unit to use with the current desk I have. It aligns my legs perfectly and I've noticed it's made me sit with better posture which in turn has caused me to have less spinal pain during and after my shift is done. The foam padding is not too firm and not too soft and it's rounded top portion is an added bonus, as I am a fidgeter, and allows me to move my legs/feet all while I have better postural alignment. I will warn you though not to lock your legs in one position for long periods of time and make sure the chair your sitting in is adjusted to a proper hight below your desk, as my knees did hurt after I unknowingly used this for the first time. After the proper adjustments, I'm one satisfied customer. This product is a must buy for those who seak better posture and pain relief.

Very happy with my purchase!
At work, my company provided us with a sliding foot rest, which I managed to break after only a few weeks because I kept moving it back and forth like a child. So naturally, I wanted something more sturdy and durable for my home office. I was really hesitant purchasing the Nekmit foot rest because I read on other similar products that people were having issues with the foot rest not being hard enough. I can tell you that I have no issues with this and I have been using it daily for almost a year. It's very comfortable and for someone with short legs (I'm 5'4" on a good day), this foot rest provides a lot of comfort to my lower back because without it, my feet don't touch the ground, which puts a lot of pressure on my lower back. I know a lot of people have issues with leg or foot pain and honestly I cannot speak to this product's ability to relieve that. But honestly, it seems like it's very well made and like I said, I've been using it daily for almost a year with no issues. I actually liked it so much that I bought another one last week to put under a small desk in my guest bedroom.

Pain relief and comfort!
This Foot Rest came on time. But let me say that I fell down the stairs and twisted my ankle really bad so walking on it or even laying down would be uncomfortable. but this foot rest is so comfortable especially resting my feet on it helps relieve the pressure.. It also helps with keeping the swelling down and the pain stop. It's very firm and i like the micro beads on it. It allows you to be able to rock you feet back and forth for blood stimulation. The height is perfect for me I am 5'3 and sitting around a desk all day for work and that can be uncomfortable when your feet dangles but it's 6 inch in height with both pieces together. It has a 2 straps where you can separate the two pieces and make it shorter to 4 inches if you like. it says it's washable have not tried that yet but the material look durable and not cheep. I read all the other reviews and they were right about it so i purchase it and i am very please with it. It's was just worth the purchase Period!

Good size, height, and competely slient
Been using the Cozy Products TT Toasty Toes Ergonomic Heated Foot Warmer for a few years and while the size and the heating feature has been wonderful, as a standalone foot rest, it leaves a lot to be desired. With wooden floor, it keeps sliding around and the frequent loud noise coming from the unstable plastic hinges has become quite an distraction...Entered the Nekmit foot rest. First positive is its dimension - the width is 18' with max height at 6' which is wider and taller than majority of plastic and metal foot rest out there. Second positive is that I can choose between 6' or 4', which I haven't seen in these foam type foot rest before. There is anti-slip surface under both the main cushion and the extension piece that does a decent job on wooden floor. The foam is the firm so it supports the weight of my foot comfortably. It's also quite light and it has a strip on one side so that it can be carried around with ease.I do wish that the dust cover is made out of material that would be easier to keep it dust free, but it does a great job of holding my foot in place. All in all, this is a great unconventional kind of foot rest for me!

Everything I wanted
I just took it out of the box and put it under my desk. I bought a standing desk but it's lowest level is too high so I needed something to support my legs now that my chair is 5 1/2" higher than my prior desk. I've been using a box with a pillow for the last week. This is great: barefoot it is firm and supportive (but softer than a box). I was hoping 6" was the right height and it seems perfect. 17" is plenty wide for me but I'm 5'4" . It's not budging - on wood floor, carpet or the plastic mat for your chair. I was concerned about that since I have all 3 right where I have the footrest. At times the straps are under one or both feet. I'm sure I'll get used to that. What I like is that if 6" is too high, I have the 4" option so in other environments or if I sat at another desk, it will likely work.

Like a three in one!
I'll be honest, while I occasionally work at my desk this is also a purchase to help with my posture while I sit and do nothing but be on my computer all day. I would notice while watching shows or movies I could feel my lower back rolling forward, now I can sit more straight even in "lounge mode". It is also very comfortable when you flip the wedge over so you can rock your feet or just have a different angle. My other favorite is that this is almost like having three foot rests. You can keep it together for a 6 inch lift, or take it apart and have 4 inch (which also has a non-skid bottom) and 2 inch pieces. The ability to do this makes it very helpful if you have less height under your desk! My keyboard tray makes me unable to completely put my legs under my desk with the footrest if I'm working with my second monitor, so I use the 2 inch bottom to level my feet. This is probably one of the more expensive wedge style foam foot rests I've found on Amazon but completely worth it!
