Epsilon Multivitamin and Mineral Complex - 100 Tablets - Vegan Multivitamins with Iron, B-Complex, Ginkgo Biloba and Ginseng

I must say that this is a massive step up from my usual Multi Vitamins. I have not ate meat in 6 weeks, since taking these for the last say 2 weeks I have more energy. I felt quite fatigued when I first cut meat out my diet (Although still eating fish) as I'm still in the learning stages of substituting the lack of meat with all the good stuff minerals from food.. These have made a noticeable difference to how I feel. It's packed with good stuff, infact, my morning tablet intake has reduced by almost half because this bottle has it all plus some packed into 1 pill a day!This is by far the best Multi Vitamin.. take a look at the ingredients - Speaks for itself !!I also respect the fact that this is a small business. Like many people, searching for the right Multivitamin is a laborious task at the best of times and made even worse when you have just taken your last one and forgot to order more!!I decided to do some research and finally came across the Epsilon Multivitamin and Mineral Complex tablets. After reading through the ingredients and RDA of its contents I decided to take the plunge and buy them.After a couple of weeks it was clear these MV were much better than the Centrum and Supermarket ones I had been using before. The price was good and the size of the pill is no bigger than a typical Paracetamol. You get more for your money compared to Centrum and the Supermarket MV's do not have anywhere near as many ingredients or the amounts of them.If you're looking for a good quality Multivitamin at a good price then I don't think you'll go wrong with the Epsilon Multivitamin and Mineral Complex.

We have been using this product for sometime now. It clearly has vitamins and minerals, which we feel are so important. It also contains Ginseng and Ginko Biloba...two great additions. We feel it has boosted our energy levels, and we feel that it has helped us during stressful times.It is free from artificial flavours, colour, sweeteners, starch milk, lactose, soya, gluten, wheat, yeast or porcine.We will purchase again.

I have started a healthy eating regime recently as well as trying to increase the amount of exercise I take and thought that taking a quality multivitamin/ mineral would help me in taking better care of myself.These are fine- the usual quite large size of tablet which may be a problem for some people to swallow but I find taking them is no problem.I have been taking them for a week now and am very happy with the results I would recommend them.The customer service is excellent but the repeated requests for feedback is a bit off putting ( I have probably lost any chance of a free bottle by commenting on this but I would prefer to be honest).I would definitely order these again but I think the companies approach is a bit "try hard"

It's crazy what a tablet can do, in bought these before because I always wake up feeling tired, fatigued and often feel like a cold was coming on indefinitely, after taking the first pack for around a week or 2 I noticed waking up at a normal time feeling the desire to jump up and get on with my day, the cold symptoms faded away, I would not tire out walking to places, and it just feels like everything from your mind to body has more energy and it's hard to describe. They take time to kick in but they do help. I also known to have lost a little weight and my spots skinned seems better too. But the energy and less fatigue is the most noticable. A great product!

Seem good quality vitamins so far since I started them

These are excellent value for money, considering the number you get, and have a good balance of nutrients. I especially like the fact that Lutein is included - not all do. Especially handy that they are free from pretty much anything - colours, flavours, sweeteners, starch, milk, lactose, soya, gluten, wheat, yeast... Also free of 'porcine'... I'm assuming that means gelatin... I commonly see patients with low grade deficiencies that don't really need formal treatment so this is a good product to be able to recommend. On the whole it would be good if the level of D3 was nearer 1,000iu, but most people tend to buy a specific strength of D3 - 1,000 or 2,000 or 5,000 for example. The Epsilon D3 5,000iu is brilliant value for money considering you get a year's supply

Bought these for my adult son who had a virus he could not throw off. His health was up and down for weeks. I decided, having read reviews, to have some of the multi-vitamin and D3 tablets delivered to him with strict instructions for him to take them daily without fail. After a few days he sounded better over the phone and reported feeling a lot better. Having taken them for the past fortnight he now feels well enough to start thinking about jogging again! I am really pleased I got these for my son and will reorder when the multi-vitamins are running out (3 months ) and D3 (1 year). My son has a physically and mentally demanding profession and I think that without these products his livelihood may have been jeopardised. So thank you so much Epsilon for your excellent products.
