Can you use this while the fireplace is on? Probably not but thought I’d ask

ABSOLUTELY NOT! NO FIRE, NO PILOT ON....THE HEAT HAS TO ESCAPE...IT IS TO KEEP OUT THE HEAT IN THE SUMMER AND COLD ON THE WINTER IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE FIREPLACE

How do I contact the seller? I think I may need a custom cover.

I am the seller. You can attach a picture of your termination cap to start and we can figure out what you need.

Does this cover reduce moisture/condensation from getting into the fireplace during the hot & humid summer months?

Our cover reflects the suns rays and heat keeping your room cooler. We have testimony to that on our home website. Less heat and less condensation.

Will this keep out moisture from bad rain storms?

As long as you secure it tightly around your vent it will keep out moisture. We have had a lot of rain and have had no problems.
