Comfy!
Very comfy, will be buying another when I move flat!

Nice n comfy but the gel isn't very cool
You can feel the layer but it is makes very little difference. Apart from that it's a great pillow

Perfect pillow
I bought a few memory pillows, but was disappointed as they bounce back very slowly and feel out of shape and uncomfortable when you switch sides or move your head.This one is perfect height, soft and bounce back very quickly which suits me as I keep switching sleeping positions.

Disappointing
It's all folded from where it was vacuum packed and has not gone into shape, it has two big fold lines down either side of the pillow, very disappointed.

Deep Sleep Achived!
I am very happy with this pillow. My neck is rested properly and it is so comfortable.I have had pain on my neck in some pillows, and headaches. But with this one, I have a smooth night and I woke up fresh!

Pillow was a gift for my partner; he is satisfied with the product but as he says pillows are a personal choice so he is reluctant to recommend, but he is happy with it.

Doesn't return to its original shape
Once the pillow is removed from its original package and leave it out for few hours, it doesn't return to its original shape as some areas remain like compress.Hope that the manufacturer takes notes to repair and do something with the materials they use.
