I use these as a training aid, swallowing around 4-5 throughout my workout in the Camelbak bottle which has Beverly Muscle Synergy powder w/water. These Aminos definitely energize and revitalize very quickly after ingesting them, so sometimes I'll also pop one with a meal, you can't OD with these. I even use them at work in the afternoon instead of reaching for the caffeine. Superior product, works well at any time.
