Why does this item not ship to the Netherlands???

Maybe it's because you can't play rugby

after fist wash/dry does it shrink?

They don’t seem to shrink, they do soften up a bit though which makes them more comfortable. They are quite tight though, especially when stretching. Nearly lost one of the love eggs out the side in the gym the other day.

What is the waist size of XS and S

Canterbury website gives you all the size guides. XS is 28-30" and S is 30-32".
