I used to replace some damaged pads on my GPU, worked perfectly and easy to work with too. Some tips - throw in the fridge for 30 mins prior to applying, this will make it more durable and more "solid" as long as you work fast. When cutting to size, do not remove the protective plastic. When applying to a component, remove one side of plastic, and put that face down first, apply a small amount of pressure to help the pad adhere, then use your finger nails or a tweezer to remove the top layer of plastic.I believe following these instructions will avoid any of the pitfalls that the negative reviewers have fallen into.

Does a damn good job - have used them on a few projects but the most I have noticed was the heat dissipation mod you can do on a Dell XPS 9550. Which you had to layer and still worked great.

It's a good quality product but it's very hard and not squishy like the thermal pads I was replacing which made it extremely difficult to get the correct mounting pressure.I had to compress the thermal pad by. 5mm otherwise it's too large.Make sure you take measurements and order the correct size before you buy this because it's not easy to work with

This product worked a treat for replacing the old (and rather fragile and worn) thermal pads in a 14yr old launch model PS3.

Bought this for my husband and he seems very happy with it, so totally recommend

Using it for holding my glass bed to my 3d printer. It's very nicely sticky but not too soft so it holds my glass bed nicely while keeping it's thickness. Can't say anything about thermal conductivity yet but it is probably more than acceptable

Not great value, especially if you go for 5x5cm, and not much better if you get 14.5x14.5cm. The latter is enough for a computer with plenty to spare and experiment with. Its thermal conductivity (6.0 W/mK) is not particularly high either, its adhesive is extremely weak, and the 1.5mm version is not very compressible. Very easy to cut to size. Useful for applications in which a lower thermal conductivity is preferred.

Works! Used to replace the pads on my gpu and the temps dropped by 5 degrees
