It works!
I started with a small teaspoon and up to about 1.5 now, and quite happy here. I pop a little boiling water in, top up with cold water and down it in one. Actually starting to like the taste too. I take it about 30 mins before I go up to bed, not sure if it relaxes me per say, but I sleep better.I currently do intermittent fasting (20 hours fasting, 4 hours feeding) and can find it difficult to get all electrolytes in. A lack of magnesium = poor sleep and painful legs, and this really does help - after a few days a noticable difference. 100% recommend!

Bought this after reading a book about magnesium deficiency epidemic (The Magnesium Miracle). Having suffered chronic anxiety and insomnia, I tried this (2 heaped tsp each morning) and am amazed by the results. I am sleeping every night, no longer constantly anxious - never had such a remarkable result from a supplement.

I bought this after purchasing magnesium miracle and this product was recommended. After 15 years of restless legs this is the only thing that has ever worked. It aids my sleep as another bonus but you do havd to titrate the right dose for you. I dont take every day but around 4 x week.

You need to be clear on dosage and hope this is nothing serious
I’m on the phone to 111 as we speak, on the lid of the product is a sticker saying dosage is 3G that is 2 teaspoons so that is what I took then upon reading the side it sayes 3 g is 1 tea spoon do not exceed the stated dose but now it looks like I’ve taken double the dose and waiting for medical advice

Miracle
Amazing, after just one week of taking a teaspoon of Calm at night, years of restless leg and cramps have disappeared. I have a job which means being on my feet for hours on end, every evening I would suffer, never able to relax, for me Calm has been a prayer answered, with an added bonus of helping me sleep so I've stopped taking sleeping tablets every night. Can't recommend this enough.

Only bad review I’ve ever given! But Jesus!
I don’t know what the purpose of this product is and it did nothing but throw my body into chaos! It took a while to figure out what was causing it as I was taking electrolytes and collagen so one by one I removed each until only taken this product. This product gave me violent diarrhoea; I mean throughout the entire day with perhaps 10 bathroom trips in a day and I was taking it for over a week(do the math). I lost nutrition from food and all I could hear all day was my stomach gurgling constantly. What is this stuff, I honestly thought I was going to pass out from so much po*oping?

Help to sleep deeply
Helps me to sleep so much better! you might not feel lit straight away but once you fall asleep this will be a very deep sleep, something I haven't had an in a while.

Great product
Great product I only use it for sleep because I’m quite tense at night due to having an 18 month old and a 4 month old so I never really relax at night even though they’re great sleepers but this helps me relax and go straight to sleep just be mindful that you really pay attention to what it says otherwise you’ll be sleeping on the toilet not in your bed. I didn’t know how important magnesium was until I discovered this I’ve since bought magnesium oil as well. I do however wish this was a bit cheaper
