I tried to find one of these locally, but was unable. I am so glad I didn’t settle for something I didn’t want- this one is perfect.

I had read reviews that people had trouble with light not pulling tight to wall. I bought anyway thinking they probably just didnt install correctly. Im a mechanical engineer and the same thing happened to me. I ended up finding the back plate was tiling away from the wall because there isn't anything holding it back where the only two small mounting screws are located. I even had the supplied holow walk screws installed at the ends. I solved the tilting by drilling a hole above the two mounting screws near the top of the backplate. Then I put hollow wall fasteners in my drywall to secure the backplate from tilting once the light was attached. Use the metal type expanding fasteners that mushroom behind the drywall or use wood screws if your lucky to have wood there behind the drywall. I also had to cut one of the screws that hold the light to the backplate because the ball nut was bottoming out before pulling the light fully back. But the biggest problem was the backplate tilting away from the wall once the heavy five light fixture was mounted. What I did solved the problem and pulled light tight to wall now. However they need to improve their mounting design because its poor.

This light arrived well packaged and in the time frame expected. All pieces were included and intact. I was able to remove the old one and install the new one in less than an hour without help. The sizes and dimensions listed on the product page were accurate. The light looks very nice.

Arrived missing one glass. Requested a replacement without issue. Looks great now.
