I ordered this Pain Doctor conductive gel on Amazon Smile for €10.22 and have just finished a one hour TENS session on my neck and shoulders. Mainly the trapezius area where I get a major build up of lactic acid. The gel is lightly scented but not overpowering. It hasn’t left a rash and I’ve super sensitive skin. But most of all it worked really well. It made my electrodes very slippy at first to put on, so less is more with this product, but once the TENS started they stuck on and didn’t move once during the session. Lets the Tens machine work by reducing resistance and allowing the power in. A small application brings electrifying results. It would also make a good lubricant if you needed one. No fragrance and easy wipe.

I bought this gel to use with a red light device. It is clear, gentle on the skin and not sticky. The only thing is that it absorbs quite fast, so I need to reapply during longer sessions. Overall it works well for its purpose.

This gel is just fantastic. It totally revived my existing pads which I had actually discarded and replaced but came across this on line and thought I'd give it a try. It was so successful, I haven't had to use the new pads. It not only made them adhere like new but I found it made them more 'active' and my TENS machine is far more effective. A little also goes a long way so it's a 'win win' situation all round. Give it a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Works with the Tens electrodes.

While this gel certainly helps to make the tens pads more conductive, it does little to improve adhesive properties. The gel is quite thin and not at all sticky. It does, however, do what's claimed in the product description.

A great way to refresh your tens machine electrode pads, giving them a few more weeks of life, as so saving you money. Just rub a small amount on the gel side of your pads, to instantly refresh them. It’s the same sort of gel that they use for ultrasound scans, basically an electric conductive gel. I’ve been using this type of gel for over 30 years on my tens machine pads, and it saves me a fortune. I’m happy to recommend.
