Now they’ve caught up with Hue
These bulbs used to be half the price of Hue and rightly so. They had half the functionality. But they seem to have caught up and so has the price. But in their defence they are almost just as good as Hue. They’re very easy to pair, the colours are almost as good and they’re marginally cheaper. I have a good selection now and I’ve stopped buying Hue altogether. They’re really not worth the extra when Innr work almost just as well

The best alternative to Hue.
If you are looking at these then I assume you are looking for an alternative to Phillips Hue. This is it . Incredible value for almost exactly the same product.Build Quality - Easily as good as the Hue versions. If I didn’t know the brands I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.Light Output - Matches the Hue ones and, in my opinion, exceeeds the output on some coloursColours. - Excellent quality colour output that mostly matches the Hue. There are tiny discrepancies but nothing that you would really care about.Ease of Use - Provided you already own the Hue bridge these are simple to set up in the usual way. Recognised easily by the system under the name ‘colour lamp’ No issues with Alexa detected them either.Point of note - I think these are a slightly higher wattage than the Hue. they caused a slight buzz in one of my smaller lamps that doesn’t occur with Hue. Just double check you are not tipping the max wattage with smaller lamps.Overall an amazing light at an incredible price point. Once you have the Hue hub just buy these and forget about Hue

Decent alternative to Hue bulbs
The bulbs were easy to set up with the Hue bride and the colours are lovely. They work well with Hue bulbs when setting colour scenes. My only issue is with Alexa intergratiogn. You can switch them on and off with Alexa but they don't seem to respond when selecting a colour scene with Alexa or if you ask Alexa to set the Innr bulbs to a specific colour. This has to be done via the Hue app. Perhaps I'm missing something but this is quite frustrating when you're used to seamless scene switching with a totally Hue setup. Overall I'm happy with them .. more or less half the price of the Hue equivalent.Edit. I've figured it out but it was a pain. I had to rename each scene to specifically name each room I wanted the new colour scene in eg "Alexa, turn on Savannah Sunset living room lights". I had to do this in both the Hue app and the Alexa app. Then I had to allocate each specific phrase to the specific grouping of lights in the Alexa app. Working like a charm now. This is my only issue with Alexa .. you have to be very specific in your phrasing of a request. She is not very adaptable. But given I've spent a fortune sitting the whole darn house out with her I'm in it for the long haul.

Good alternative.
Good replacement for the expensive Hue lights, matches perfectly with Hue Ambilight t.v.Function.But won't recognise the Hue light app phases, but will adopt a fixed default colour, on any lights that you have saved in the Hue app.

Great on their own, but not a perfect replacement for Philips Hue
These light bulbs are great on their own, but I have decided to return them.Pros:1. Innr work with Zigbee 3.0 light link so they can be added to any Zigbee bridge, including Philips Hue. This is why I (and I suspect many others) buy Innr bulbs.2. They are Philips Hue compatible and are recognised by Philips Hue ecosystem as one capable of delivering the same level of light and colour as their own bulbs.3. They are bright! Hue bulbs have their maximum brightness at 4000K (cold white) but Innr bulbs do this at 2700K (very warm white). On a daily basis I prefer light bulbs to be warm white rather than cold, so extra brightness in that shade is much better than what Philips Hue has done. However, a few considerations before you buy these (and why I have returned them):1. Innr bulbs dim in a different way to Philips Hue bulbs:These bulbs dim in a linear fashion, unlike Philips Hue that dim in a logarithmic curve. What this means in practice is that dimming these from 100% to 50% doesn't reduce their perceived brightness by half. They look almost as bright as 100%. Easy to implement for the manufacturer and okay if these are the only bulbs you have in one room, but they'll always look much brighter if you have a mix of Hue and Innr.2. Innr bulbs don't dim as low as Philips HueWith both light bulbs set to 1%, Philips Hue are much darker - a true night light. Innr doesn't dim low enough for me.3. Brightness changes and colour transitions are jankyThey flicker when changing brightness levels or changing between colours. Philips Hue smoothly dims/brightens to target level, but although Innr transitions it is quicker and the light flickers in the process. A simialr thing happens when changing from one colour to another. With Philips Hue, colour change appears as one colour fading into the other. Innr bulbs almost look as if they turn of one colour and turn the other colour on very quickly with a little gap in between the change, so the light flickers. There is also a mini colour look when changing from red to orange (or vice versa). The light bulb goes through all the other colour very quickly before reaching the target.None of the above is a deal breaker, especially if your bulbs are all Innr branded, maybe you even have their own bridge. They work well, are reliable and instant. They produce vivid colours and are not too big or unsightly.

Great value, good colour, does what you want!
We chose these over the Philips Hue purely for price and we’re not disappointed. The colour qualities are great and reviews on YouTube show they are truer than Hue. I’m not sure as I can’t compare but they look great to me. The downside is that the Hue App recognises they aren’t Hue bulbs and while most important features work, there are a few which don’t (like power on behaviour and integration with Siri/HomeKit which doesn’t seem to work as the lights aren’t recognised). Still they work with Alexa and function with the Hue app and hub for general settings so we’re pleased with them.

Innr vs Hue = no brainer.
First non Phillips bulbs I have purchased for my home set up and will not be the last. Over the years I have spent a small fortune on Phillips bulbs. It appears that Innr are the first real contender for quality alternatives to Hue bulbs, with a solid range of styles and fittings. These are great, work just as well as the Phillips bulbs at far more reasonable price. Connected immediately via the app and are working perfectly with a Hue outdoor sensor.

Tranne in corridoio, ormai uso solo Philips Hue in casa.
