Very impressed!
These capsules worked for me from the outset....my inner anxieties seem to disappear & I felt an inner calmness. I started taking 2 capsules but after 3 days I’m now taking 1 capsule in the morning & another at night. My sleep pattern has improved massively & I just feel an overall sense of being chilled!! I began to take these after reading a rave review on Chuckling Goat (I take goat kefir) & I’m so impressed with their effectiveness!

Fantastic product, clear headed and distressed after 90days
Great product. I recommend sticking out the full course, 1 a day. When I came off after 90days I realised the slight impact ashwaganda had to my stress management and mindset. I feel less stressed and more capable when taking them. As close to a ‘limitless pill’ as you are ever going to get haha. Clear headed and distressed, what more could you ask for. Oh and fantastic libido effects.

Family member recommended these after reporting to feel so much better after taking these & having so much more energy,After using these for about 2 months I didn’t really notice much.. apart from making me visit the loo frequently I didn’t notice much different in my self taking these..I have a few left over but don’t take them anymore,Maybe I’ll finish the bottle off just for the sake of it.. I personally won’t be buying another just for not really noticing any difference. If I did, then I wouldn’t hesitate to

'Peaceful' feeling
I buy so many supplements expecting great things. Nothing ever happens. Well, something happened with this. I'm a very tired and grumpy person. I'm always fatigued, I'm always miserable about something, and I needed to stop smoking. I started taking ashwagangha on the first day of stopping, along with all the regular nicotine aids, and all I can say is WOW! My mood has improved to the point that people are noticing, and I just feel 'peaceful'. In the past week so many annoying things have happened and I've just dealt with them and got on with it. I never want to be without this supplement anymore.
