Wir haben die Senfkörner nicht in der Küche verwendet, wir haben damit ein anregendes, belebendes Fußbad gemacht. Durch den Inhaltsstoff werden die Füße leicht gereizt, womit eine Förderung der Durchblutung entsteht. Dies kann sich im gesamten Körper bemerkbar machen. Wunderbar dafür geeignet.
