Product as described. The colour I ordered was out of stock and the seller helpfully contacted me to offer an alternative colour and to apologise. I thought this was good customer service. The bowl itself is ideal for our puppy (mini schnauzer) and easy to clean. The bottle is a little flimsy (thin) but it wouldn’t survive a puppy bite if she decided to see how tasty it is as her sharp teeth would puncture it. However we’re happy with the product and service.
