As you'd expect being BSN its a great product. When using multiple supplements its hard to tell which one is giving you that advantage over another but the benefits of BCAA's are simple, it gives your muscles energy to help them build, recover & maintain. If your on a cut & trying to stay lean its also very beneficial because if you're cutting calories or doing long training sessions your body will be in a catabolic state, so due to the lack of calories/energy your body will start breaking down tissue for fuel which does includes fat but most importantly it also attacks your hard earned gains, but by drinking AminoX your body will opt to use the amino acids as an energy source rather than using the muscle tissue as a fuel, this is the easiest way to explain how BCAA's can help maximise muscle recovery & muscle growth. Normally i'd take a pre workout about 30 minutes before I go to the gym & then drink my AminoX towards the end of my workout while I'm there. I do personally feel it helps give me a boost while i'm training, especially when i'm getting towards the end of my workout & starting to get tired, even if I'm on a rest day or feeling sore I drink it as it will help me keep my gains & lower recovery times. This time around i decided to order the larger 1.15kg tub in the Green Apple flavour, mainly because I had issue's with the 435g tubs & the size of the opening, I just found it hard to get my hand past the opening to get a scoop when the AminoX was getting low, thankfully this larger tub fixes that. Also being the bigger tub you get 70 servings from the tub if you use a level scoop mixed with 225ml of water over the 30 servings from the 435g tubs, each serving will give you 10g's of Amino Acids. I thought the Green Apple had a really nice tangy apple taste which wasn't overly sour or sweet, i've only got to try two of the flavours so far (Watermelon & Green Apple) but i think the Watermelon flavour might just have the edge over the Green Apple, both taste really good & are refreshing to drink and both offer exactly the same amount of BCAA's per serving but I think the Watermelon for me is just slightly in the lead on taste. Both the Watermelon & Green Apple AminoX's mixes up with the water extremely well and only takes about 5-10 seconds to be fully dissolved and ready to drink. While mixing AminoX there is some pressure build up in the shaker cup from the bubbles but its nothing major just make sure u got hold of the lid while your shaking it, I personally just shake it for a couple seconds pop open the lid to release the pressure then shake again & then its ready to drink. On the whole i'm really impressed with this product & will be buying it again in the future.

Good taste . No need pre workout

I like this. I’ve tried quite a lot of different amino acid shakes but lots I’ve only tried once and not again. This one I’ve bought more of. I like the taste and don’t find it too overbearing or strong tasting. I often take a double scoop which makes it more intense, but still easy to drink. I use it as an intra workout drink and it suits me fine. I find I rarely get low on energy if I use this one. There’s zero sugar in it and not too much extra ingredients after the BCAAs. When you first mix it with water, it needs a good shake and after that it’s fine. The 70 servings lasts me a good few weeks and I’m a pretty heavy gym user though I do cycle my workout drinks. Although the taste can be subjective, and you might have to try a few flavours to find one you really like, I feel it’s one of the better ones and I’d recommend this.

Good value and mixes well, stop the aches and pains. Could nearly be 3 stars because of the taste!! Blue raspberry is a bit fizzy and odd! Tastes like you have left washing up liquid in when you have washed your bottle! If you can get over the taste it’s good though.

Did the job. Would buy again if its on sale.

Very good quality

10g of bcaa which is good. Too sweet and fizzes up and goes everywhere when you open your drink bottle. Like a shook up can of coke! Leave 5mins after shaking or you'll be wearing it! Cringely sweet. Why? Probably won't buy again as like drinking sweets. Shame as I like this company's products usually. Please tone down the sweetness and I'll but it again.

Gutes Produkt und guter Geschmack. Löslichkeit ist perfekt

trés bon, on ressent bien les effets, j'en prends pendant mas séance.

Wie immer mein abendlicher Begleiter, nehme es seit Jahren vor dem schlafen gehen, 1-2 (Trainings Tagen 2 scoop/nicht Trainings Tagen 1) scoop mit 500 ml Wasser, lässt sich super vermischen, klumpt überhaupt nicht, schmeckt noch lecker. Wofür ich es nehme und warum ich davon überzeugt bin ? Nach einem anstrengendem Arbeitstag +schweres Training kommt vor dem schlafen gehen Amino X zum Einsatz (bin auch nicht so der Pillen Esser). Meine Erfahrung: -tiefer/durchgehender Schlaf -Regeneration von Muskelkater (vorbeugend) -weniger Schlaf -fitter am nächsten Tag/keine Erschöpfung vom anstrengendem Vortag Und ja wie immer super schneller Versand. Was mir nicht so gefällt, ist das neue Design der Verpackung.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von BSN und seinen Produkten wegen der hohen Qualitätsstandards. Nach extremen Trainingseinheiten war ich der Wunden müde, die nie aufhörten. Aus diesem Grund beschloss ich nach einigen Recherchen, dieses Produkt auszuprobieren, und das Ergebnis war erstaunlich. Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben hatte ich keine Wunden nach einem Gewichthebertraining. Es war buchstäblich wie Magie. Tatsächlich gab es meinem Leben mehr Ausgewogenheit, da es sich aufgrund der Wunden auf das Studieren, Trainieren, Essen und Schlafen beschränkte. Dank dieses Produkts konnte ich mein Training verbessern, meine Muskeln schneller erholen und mein aktives soziales Leben wieder aufnehmen. Jetzt ist Schluss: Es tut mir leid, dass ich mit euch mitkommen möchte, aber ich fühle mich zu müde. Darüber hinaus ist der Geschmack und die Löslichkeit erstaunlich, ebenso wie das neue Produktdesign, das Reis gute Schwingungen und Gefühle verleiht. Jedes Mal, wenn ich mit jemandem über dieses Produkt spreche, bin ich wirklich aufgeregt, weil es mein Leben verändert hat.
