The low score is because of the seller, not because of the product. I personally find the Faber Castell art range incredibly good, but take note that this are NOT the colors you will find in you box.I had this box sended as a birthday present from my parents (gift) but when I opened it I realised the colors where different and were not useful for me. Unfortunately my parents wanted to be extra careful with this and bought the product 31 days in advanced, so I could not return it. I tried to contact the seller but they won't accept any returns eventhough it's brand new and it was a human error. I find this attitude very mean and unhuman as this is very expensive and now my parents waisted nearly 300 pounds in some box I can't use.
