Definitely moves more like a dog than just something on wheels. Looks like it's sniffing the ground if you hold the string low and it sits up as well. So cute!

I bought this pull along toy for my 2 year old grand daughter and it was love at first sight. The little dog is well made of good materials and seems fairly robust. We liked the wagging tail and articulated ears and it runs smoothly on its wheels. The nodding head and smiling expression add to its charm. It does sometimes topple over when pulled inexpertly by a 2 year old but she loves it. It is a classic and timeless toy.
