Check the option selection before purchase
After trying two other less expensive brands that were supposed 4+ stars, I decided to spend a little more money and go for the Jabra. The two prior headsets would never connect the microphone, and as someone who WFH and leads calls, that’s kind of critical and should be basic functionality. The Jabra is a simple plug and play headset - connected immediately with ALL functionality. Audio is good, the mic picks up speech very well and is clear for the listener.I thought I had purchased the option with the base included but after it was delivered sans base, I double checked my order and saw that I had selected the wrong option. Easy enough to fix, I just ordered the base separately. Can’t fault the seller for my error. The battery charges quickly and I have no complaints on it’s performance. I do wish the headpiece was padded on the side without the mono earpiece but since I had two other useless headsets lying around, I just scavenged a pad from them and now the fit is exactly how I like it.Is it pricey? A little. But after messing around with 2 others in the $50-75 range, the price is well worth the piece of mind of knowing I’ll have guaranteed operation.

Great Headset
I bought this so I could walk away from my desk if I needed to. The corded Jabra headset I had kept getting caught in my chair arms and was extremely short. I debated between getting the mono headset or stereo and went with mono so I could have one ear listening to what’s going on around me. I almost wish I had gone with the stereo set. The headband seems loose on my head and falls off if I tilt my head forward or backward. While I’d rather not have a tight headband either, it’s still an inconvenience. Not as inconvenient as the other wireless headsets I’ve tried. I bought this model specifically because WebEx had it listed on their site as a compatible headset. So far it has performed wonderfully. The sound is great, the battery life is awesome, and the buttons all work the way they should.

Good sound quality but cheaply manufactured product
The sound quality and connectivity options are very good, but the right earpiece broke off from the base after only 5 months of use. Many other reviewers have logged the same issue. I've tried every possible repair (heavy tape, crazy glue) to no avail. I don't recommend buying this model due to this significant manufacturing defect.

Awesome, but not for big heads
Excellent sound quality. Very tight if you have a big head, ears will get sore quick.

Great product
Amazing headset!! I work from home and use these for about 8 hours a day. They are tried and true. The battery life is way longer that I had expected and easy to set up. The design makes for a comfortable fit. Clear sound with no static.

Works with Avaya
I needed a new headset because the headsets my work sent me to work from home were all wired and I cannot sit at a desk for 8 straight hours sitting waiting for a call, especially working from home. They used to send us these headsets and they were fantastic, so I purchased one hoping it worked with my work PC and it does. It is great because it doesn't have to download anything to work, and the Bluetooth feature is great and works from pretty far away (IE downstairs while my work computer is upstairs) also I can answer with the headset itself which is great when I am not at my desk. It is a little pricey but totally worth it, and works with Avaya to answer calls. Super easy to set up too, just plug in the Bluetooth receiver and make sure your phone system settings are set to these headsets and it works. Battery life is great too....a week sometimes longer without charging kind of great.

Cheap
Worked well but cheap materials used. After 6 months the headset piece broke off. Too expensive for such a poorly made product.

Great!
I ordered this a year ago and decided to give my two cents. This is a great headset. It holds a charge and I use my headset daily for 8 to 12 hours. The battery lasts all day. Quick charge time.Great quality/sound and works perfect with Teams. The only thing I don’t like is the mute button. It’s tied in with the “volume down” so at times you want to mute and it will just turn the volume down. Please have a separate mute button to make this “perfect”. I would recommend and buy again.
