Nosefrida Nasal Aspirator

Best aspirator ive used ive bought three since my littleone was born andbit is a godsend when he has a cold or bunged up nose, this clears 80% more mucus and snot than any other i used its great because it sits ontop of nostril opening not inside which is a bit intrusive for me when there under 1, i have found it easy to use and clean and really a wonder for first time mums and their first bad cold.

Our 1 month old daughter had a blocked nose for days. She struggled to feed. This was the only product that helped get the mucus out after adding some saline drops into her nose. The drops loosened everything and this product sucked so much out. The suction power is better than the small hand held aspirators,yet it is very gentle as well. The design stops it from going too deep into the nose . Easy to clean. We are glad we purchased this

My initial thoughts were “What a completely horrendous idea, sucking bogeys out your child’s nose” then I dry heaved for a while. However, it’s bl**dy brilliant!! The bogeys come nowhere near your mouth, you just provide the vacuum suction, plenty of filters ensure you won’t experience the nightmare that you first consider. It clears out your little darlings nasal passages much better than the bulb aspirators, meaning happy children, happy parent. Cleaning it will probably give you the boak but just rinse it under the tap with your eyes closed and fling it in the dishwasher and you’ll be grand.

Was desperate for this to work on my little ones snotty and runny nose but unfortunately it didnt seem to do very much. Maybe if there is loads of bunged up snot near front of nostril it might work so will try again if little one has another cold. Update - tried again a second time. Apologies for the graphic description but is works best with a really productive cold where there is plenty of mucus. Its like a little hoover. Sucked the snot up well. Didnt get anywhere near the filter. Baby wasnt too keen but she could breathe loads better afterwards. Good kit to have if desperate

What's not to like. It is easy to use. Our little one had a cold and could not sleep due to a blocked nose. This has a vacuum and suction mechanism and is very easy to clean. And it does the job really well. Just place it near the tip of the babies nose. Suck and see the magic unfold. Every parent should have this in their drawer I think

This is the second one I’ve purchased now. Only purchased a new one as we had used our first loads & wanted a new totally clean one. Really easy to use and doesn’t seem to bother our 6 month old when we use it. Gives us reassurance her nose is clear if she sounds blocked, particularly before bed time. You don’t get anything in your mouth which is important.

I tried this after failing miserably with the suction types, and it is wonderful. It does seem gross and my husband runs away every time I use it, but it's very effective. My baby does not resist too much most of the time, which is good - he totally hated the suction ones. It says it is NHS approved on the cover, which is one of the main reasons I decided to try it, but I can't find any information on it on the NHS websites.. Have to keep purchasing filters to use with this aspirator, but they aren't too expensive I suppose.

Good for the child as it sucks the gunk well, but....if the parent is not extremely careful about changing the filters every time they blow/suck babies nose , the parent may pay the price. I had a few throat infections which I believe were caused by sucking bacteria and viruses in. Much better is a Polish product called katarek, which is connected to a vacuum cleaner (I know, it sounds insane, both I and other friendly parents reacted like that, put the little devise, which reduces the suction to the right level to our own noses and realised it was a good choice. It can be bought in online pharmacies. The downside of katarek is that good, very strong vacuum cleaners, such as my dyson, find it difficult to cope with reduced suction and they switch off). For colds and stuffy nose I can also recomend nebulisers, they bring instant relief if special salts are inhaled.

OMG!!! This thing is AWESOME!! Someone else said it best in their review, "stop reading reviews & put this in your shopping cart!" I stumbled upon an article that mentioned the NoseFrida but never looked it up, etc. Then I went to a baby shower where it was a gift & said forget that, I am not sucking snot out with my mouth!!! Then I thought about that & how many times I've blown babies noses by blowing in their mouth & gotten snot & boogies all over my top lip & figured what the heck... I looked it up & ordered it the same day. I'm so glad that I did!!! This little contraption is genius!! Its not gross as you would think, there's no way that anything will get in your mouth but you can see it in the tube but who cares about that as long as your baby can breath. Yep, you want to buy this!!!!

I have tried many nasal aspirators with my 3 children and I keep coming back to this one. I hate the bulb styles. You get one quick shot and have to coordinate squeezing and keeping it away from a wriggly bub while you do. This is simple and cheap. Just suck when you are ready!

Funktioniert einwandfrei! Meiner Meinung nach besser als die elektrischen Sauger, da die Saugkraft besser dosiert werden kann.
