I am and have been a genuine Prime customer with Amazon for many yrs. I am a 44 yr old mother of one child , who for as long as I can remember has tried and been on , most diets and fads out there! I have struggled after some personal problems for the last 4 yrs in particular , to get control of my weight and 'yo yo 'like lots of people do.. I came across these T5 Fat Burners in another desperate attempt to find something to help me curb my appetite and take back some control.. I read the reviews and on the whole while I too wasn't convinced how genuine some of the reviews were, I felt the only way u would really know if they work , would be try them for myself.. . I started with the 1 a day as recommendation for a week and drank a good few glasses of water with it. I was feeling fine and I must admit I did find it has helped suppress my appetite and the scales are definitely showing the weight coming down.. Now I know this is bound to be fluid you would normally loose too , but I feel much more energetic ( I work P/t in a busy Italian Restaurant ) I am surrounded by food but have actually managed to resist, which was never the problem. For me it's once u am home and in the evenings , through the day I am fine.I definitely see a difference in my stomach and waist which is lately where I had put the weight on ,yet that was never a problem in the past, our bodies change I get that as we get older, but loosing the weight also gets harder with age too.I was worried too about any adverse side effects , as I can suffer with migraines at 'certain times 'of the month, however this is My Own Personal Experience so far , and not a recommendation to others who may also suffer. After tolerating the fat burner fine with no adverse side affects, I have since gone on to take two and am perfectly fine I have lost 7lbs so far and that is just in the first 8 days .. I feel that the confidence and the self esteem I had lost is coming back gradually seeing these results so far and for me personally ,that can only be a good thing. Been taking for about a week now, and honestly, I can see the difference its making. I do feel already a bit slimmer and I do have more energy than usual! I'm taking these as well as cutting down on fatty and sugary foods but not exercising at all as i have a desk job and barely any time to go the gym. The only down side to this that i've found so far is that it is causing mild headaches/tension and twitching in my face (eyebrows to be exact), nothing major however and to be honest I can definitely put up with it for the results! All id say is make sure you read the label / ask your doctors advice before taking these as there are some listed health problems that it states is non compatible with these pills, so just be careful, and also, it says after a week or so you can double up on the dosage but really, i wouldn't recommend that at all, 1 is definitely enough per day for you to see results.
