Definitely worth it, Great heat pad
Great heat pad, purchased a few of other brands but they are not of the quality of this one. I use a heat pad daily so this one puts up with a lot of use, Definitely worth paying the few extra pennies for. Heat settings are easy to use and the pad itself is comfortable and has an extra removable cover to protect the pad itself. Will definitely purchase again. Definitely the best heat pad that I have tried.

Amazing ! 100% recommended
Got this product for my mum but I used it before giving it to her as I got abdominal pain. It was warm enough to make feel better. I really liked it.

Make sure what you area you want to cover (missing shoulder-neck muscles)
It is a good quality material. I purchased this heating pad after suffer whiplash symtoms post a car accident. It is doing the job in the neck and back (no really in my lower back is I am 182cm height. However, I am missing heating in my shoulder to neck muscles. So my advice it is to be sure what kind of area you really want to cover.Price could be cheaper but it is not too expensive.I normally use it tha maximum setting (number 6/6) which is different of the description, it has 6 different position to adjust heating.At the begining, it took me a few times to get used to tight my neck, but I feel the benefit every time I used when my pain is worse.Delivery was quick and excellent materials. Safety mechanism to switch off after 90 minutes. wire is long enough (but you always want a bit more extra I suppose..)I will recommend it if you are sure what area you want to cover.

Beurer Washable Cosy Back and Neck Heating Pad HK58
Very disappointed with the latest purchase of this product, the Beurer Washable Cosy Back and Neck Heating Pad HK58, it only worked for a short while before failing and is now useless so I am sending it back. It was only used 4 or 5 times before failing. Previous purchases of the same product are still working so maybe the latest one was faulty. I am sending the latest one back and hope to get a refund or a replacement.

I bought this product for my 93 year old mother. She loves it. It is sturdy but enclosed in a very soft but durable material. Could not recommend it more.

General Instructions Choose a suitable heating level, position the pad on the back or neck area, and use the built-in safety features such as BBS overheating protection system automatic shut-off after 90 minutes. Use the soft Velcro closure on the neck individually adjustable waist belt for optimal fit. Cleaning instructions: To clean the cover, remove the cover can be washed at 30 °C in the washing machine. Then dry the cover outdoors, tumble dry at low temperature. Storage Instructions: After use, heating pads should always allow to cool completely before storing it. Store in a dry, cool place to avoid creasing.

By that I mean a factory fitted moulded plug not one you could unscrew and remove costing 50p.
