Trust 21525 Ziva Compact 2.1 PC Speakers with Subwoofer for Computer and Laptop, 12 W, USB Powered

I chose to ignore the bad comments as I only wanted speakers to watch films and listen to music on my mac and I have to say for the price these are quality. I don’t play games don’t know what they’re like but for films and music, the sound is great the volume goes to a good level and the bass is more than enough. The volume control is a bit poor but if if your it to the max and then control it from the laptop you won’t have any problems at all. If you want great speakers for a laptop for next to nothing I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.Only issue is the cable could have been a bit longer on all speakers and the connectors

I brought these speakers more because I was interested to see how good they were for the price (£8.99) than actually needing them. In my opinion they are ok, the wires are VERY SHORT which means they don’t actually fit either side of my iMac. They were a lot smaller than I expected but they produce a good amount of sound for the size. If your looking for some cheap speakers for a laptop or transporting around then these are great. If you listen to music a lot at work (like me) I would spend a bit more money and get some better speakers with longer cables.

Received a set of these yesterday and I have to admit even I was surprised at just how small the set is but if like me you have limited space on your desk they are a perfect fit the only downside being that the speaker wires are very short so there's little option to space the speakers out at either side of your hearing angle. What makes up for this shortcoming though is the quality of the sound as it is truly remarkable that this quality of sound can come from something so small and unassuming looking. I paid just £9 for the set and they are just as good if not better than the last set I bought that cost three to four times the price. I have watched some Netflix shows and played Shadow of War on them so far and for 2.1 speakers the sound range is fantastic. The bass is also great and as for the volume levels I've only had to have up part way and the sound levels are very good and in no way quiet like some reviews have stated. Be aware that there is no turn off button on this set and the speakers power down when your computer powers down. I honestly cannot recommend these speakers enough and being someone who has always stuck with brands such as Logitech I have to say I am genuinely gobsmacked at the quality from Trust who I've only ever had cheap throwaway keyboards from in the past. Couldn't be happier.

For the price these are not bad. The sound has presence, the bass exists and overall they can work when volume is not a requirement.Having said that, the sound is hollow and you need to adjust the equalizer to get any proper sound from them.While these are advertised as 2.1 speakers, the "subwoofer" is the main speaker and the two "satellites" are just twitters, so location of the large box decides where the sound comes from.This means you should not expect a stereo effect from these speakers as they have to be kept close to each other. Maybe this is the reason for the EXTREMELY short wires that connect the satellites to the woofer, so short that I cannot put them on each side of my laptop, unless I keep the woofer behind the screen. Not an option as this is where most of the sound comes from and all the controls are on it.So, if you are after basic speakers and you definitely have to go 2.1, they are not bad, but maybe you can get same sound presence with other USB powered 2 way speakers for similar price.

I have owned some very high end Meridian Hi-FI so my review is based on that experience. For the price the sound is good. The speakers sound more Mid-Fi than Hi-Fi being a tad bright sounding but not unpleasantly so. Being a 2.1 set-up the bass is better than a 2.0 set-up but not deep sounding, yet worth the extra few pounds over the 2.0 (non-sub) version. Make sure you can see all the speaker fronts to get the best sounds, do not hide the sub as it reproduces much of mid range. If you hid the sub behind a monitor then you will loose some mids Overall a full warm and slightly bright sound with tuneful bass. Loud enough to fill the corner of a room but no more.

For a budget set of speakers these are good value for money. The sound isn’t the best, but taking into consideration the size of the units the sound isn’t bad.My only criticism is that the wires are far too short. There needs to be twice as much length to be able to use these properly. Which is a shame as this alone spoils just how well put together these speakers are.

Easy to install one lead goes in to sound card(or earphone socket) the other in to usb.Sound quality is good weve used them for pc game and audio cd and they will go quite loud,on the front of the main big speaker is a volume control and bass adjuster.All in all good value for money.

Gostei do produto em geral, as caixinhas tem um formato e design bem atual e moderno.O som é você que controla através dos 2 botões; 1 do Volume e outro da tonalidade, o qual por meiodeles você pode ter o melhor som estéreo possível. Casse ottime per chi vuole ascoltare musica di buona qualita' ad un volume non eccessivamente elevato. Le casse fanno il loro lavoro, non sono molto ingombranti, ed avere la possibilita' di regolare i bassi direttamente dagli altoparlanti e' qualcosa che uno si trova, ed e' molto utile. Buona qualita' del suono e dei bassi, soprattutto se si scrive musica e si vuole avere quantomeno un'idea di quel che sara' il suono su un impianto vero. Ottimo se si vuole impiegare per guardare film o serie tv sul pc, se si hanno degli altoparlanti non sufficienti sul laptop. consigliato l'acquisto a chi non vuole spendere molto e non vuole ritrovarsi con cose da buttare. davvero soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

Sono più piccole di quanto mi aspettassi.Durante l'installazione del jack vi è un naturale riverbero e poi può persistere un più o meno leggero "soffio" che va poi via durante la riproduzione multimediale.In generale, l'audio è buono per il suo prezzo in ambienti ristretti, ottima invece la gestione dell'audio.Non funziona durante le chiamate, ma è sicuramente adatta per ascoltare la musica.Il cavo non é molto lungo, quindi è funzionale con i dispositivi vicini.
