Reliable and effective
Have used over a long period and it definitely improves hair and nails in a way no other product I've tried does. Often not easy to obtain, especially if you don't want to support Russia by shopping at Holland and Barrett!

Great results
Very good product. The hair started growing after first course. It caused me some white spots on face but only temporary they dissapeared after i stopped taking vitamins. It’s worth it if you had a severe hair loss like i did after a baby

AWESOME NAILS !!
I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, IT DID TAKE ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR ME TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY NAILS AS IT NEEDS TO GET INTO YOUR SYSTEM I HAD VERY SOFT NAILS WHICH SPLIT BEFORE THEY GOT TO THE TOP OF MY NAIL GROWTH AND ANY TIME I KNOCKED MY NAILS THEY WOULD BE DAMAGED, THRU' MENOPAUSE I THINK AS THIS IN QUITE COMMON. NOW MY NAILS ARE AWESOME PEOPLE ASK ME IF THEY ARE REAL LOL!!! I HAVE BEEN SPENDING ££££ ON FINDING WHAT WORKS FOR ME AND THIS IS IT !!! ALSO USE A NAIL HARDNER TO GIVE ADDED PROTECTION SO FOR NAILS IT WAS GREAT. MY HAIR HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HEALTHY SO I CAN'T COMMENT ON THAT .

Silicea capsules
Very good choice. My wife is truly pleased with the results over the past two months. Would recommend the item at all times. She also states that this product helps in maintaining the state of her hair in other words not losing hair also keeps her nails healthy so far so good.

Is this good for bones - or just what it says on the box??
There needs to be a list of ingredients or a photo of the back of the box so you can see it yourself. 1 review and even 1 reply to a question said it was good for bones. There is another box of Hibner Silicea capsules which states for 'hair skin nails and bones' this has zinc and manganese for bones. The boxes look the same - I almost bought this one by mistake. I dont know whether this has any ingredients for bones in it - I would think not as it is cheaper than the other type.

Excellent product
Been taking this for some time, it is easy to swallow, tasteless and the effect on nails is within days. I take for nails, skin and hair as it says on the packet and also for muscles / bone integrety. Worth the money for either a one off course of capsules for a couple of months boost or longer term as needed. HIghly recommended.
