Get 'er done
Good quality.I like the comfort of using them when I work out keeps me active. They feel nice when you're holding them.I definitely like the weight of it too.It's just perfect for using it with my trampoline workouts.

I bought these for use in a Sit and Be Fit program and they are great. They can be used for a variety of lifts. They are small and portable with heavier weights to move up to available to purchase here.

These are very easy to hold onto and use. Unfortunately, they are a bit too light, so I'm going to order some adjustable dumbbells.

Should be good for light cardio
I plan to hold these while playing xbox 360 kinect exercise games. I walked around the house while curling them for a minute, out of curiosity. The design and weight distribution make these fairly comfortable to hold. I do wish there were more options than pink for this weight and price.
