I ordered four of these chairs for use at our church. They are very easy to assemble once you know that there is a left arm and a right arm. The paper directions are quite clear, BUT, the chair parts did not have any stickers to go along with the instructions. We had them backwards and the screws didn't fit. The people we ordered them from were so helpful and got us on the right track. The chairs are very comfortable as prior reviews verified. Everyone that has seen them and sat in them love them. I gave only 4 stars because the parts were not marked.

These chairs are wonderful. Packed so well. Easy to assemble. Only issue we had was the parts aren't marked so we accidentally put the back panel on the bottom. It was easy to spot because of the label. Very comfortable and look super high end. The wood is beautiful. Plan to buy more soon.

Made super sturdy, cost effective, and looks much more expensive than its cost.

We love the real wood and the upholstery in the cushions is great! Matched the finish of our couch perfectly. BUT… the hardware does not work. The 40mm machine screws provided are not long enough. Had to buy additional hardware. PLUS the screw caps that are meant to hide the silver screws do not work so you will have silver screws visible on the wood finish

Not sure how it’ll hold up, but it looks great and is comfortable

this rely is a great chair. the two complaints I have is that it is a little small could be a bit bigger and/or taller, also could have used a more realistic foe-leather. the leather feels like like a thinner version of the stuff they use on school bus chairs. even so you rely only notice this when you are feeling the leather otherwise it is of little consequence
