JOILCAN 74" Tripod for Camera Cell Phone Video Photography

I’m very pleased with the JOILCAN 74” Tripod. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and the adjustable height makes it perfect for recording videos, taking pictures, live-streaming, and creating social media content. I especially like that it works well with both a phone and camera, which makes it very versatile. The tripod feels stable while still being lightweight enough to move around or take with you. The 74-inch height is a huge plus because it gives you plenty of options for getting the right angle and framing. Overall, this is a great tripod for anyone who creates videos, takes photos, attends events, or simply wants a reliable stand for their phone or camera. Great quality and definitely worth the purchase!

This tripod has been a noticeable upgrade from the basic selfie-stick tripod I was using before. It’s lightweight enough that I can carry it without much trouble, but once it’s opened up, it’s considerably larger and feels sturdy enough to hold my camera securely. There are quite a few adjustments, so getting everything positioned exactly where I want it can take a little time. I like having the built-in level, and there’s also a hook underneath where you can add weight if needed. I haven’t actually had to use the hook because the tripod has been stable enough on its own. The larger footprint is worth mentioning, though, since it takes up quite a bit of space when fully extended. Pros: * Lightweight enough to carry around * Larger and sturdier than a basic selfie-stick tripod * Lots of adjustment options * Built-in level is useful * Stable enough that I haven’t needed to add extra weight * Works reliably for filming Cons: * Takes up quite a bit of space when fully extended * DJI Osmo Action 4 required another adapter for the included attachments The tripod itself has been the strongest part of the package. I use it regularly for filming and haven’t had any concerns about my camera being knocked over. The case and attachment compatibility could be better, but for actually using the tripod, I’ve been very happy with it.

Good, not great tripod that stays level but there are some concerns after about 1 year of use: Pros: light-weight. Sturdy and works well with my XbotGo Chameleon that I use for recording youth basketball games. Attached accessories are nice, but not ideal for more advanced/professional users. If you're like me and just use it on the weekends, it'll work. For more professional users, again these pieces will fail over time. The item is extremely lightweight and easy to use. You can set it up one-handed and I've taught children to use it. Tripod is well balanced/stable, but is a budget, introductory tripod. Plastic build and should work well for light, prosumer use. Size is great for recreational use. Collapses to a short 22in(55.88cm) and can expand up to 74in(187.96cm). Cons: The carrying case is flimsy and will break on you. I recently (Oct 2025) had the zipper separate from the nylon carrying case. It wasn't sturdy initially, so this was a known issue upon initial unboxing, and a matter of "when" it would fail, rather than "if". The carrying case is flimsy and does not protect against crushing or rain - so consider that when throwing this in the back of your car. The head portion of the tripod has come un-done when utilizing the telescopic arm to pan left or right while recording. Unsure of this is user error or a design flaw, but I would like for the head to remain fixed like my higher end setup does, but it doesn't impede use; I've replaced mine with a NEEWER Tripod Fluid Head. Does not have bluetooth connectivity

This is a great tripod for DSLR cameras for the price. While it is significantly heavier than the composite and carbon fiber options available, it is a mere fraction of the price. I needed a tripod to take video and still images of products, so the extra weight doesn't bother me too much since it will just be in my studio most of the time. The carry bag is small enough that I can throw it in the trunk and take it with me if I want to, though I likely would not enjoy taking this along with me on a long hike or backpacking excursion. It comes with two removable shoes to attach to the bottom of your camera (or whatever else you have that needs a tripod), and the connection on the top of the tripod feels solid with the camera and shoe attached. The shoe is a standard tripod screw mount, so it should be compatible with most cameras, including webcams. It also includes a phone mount for the tripod, though this tripod is probably overkill if you're just buying it to use with your phone. The central post can be raised or lowered with a simple hand-crank, which works smoothly and without any crunchy, cheap feeling to it. The head of the tripod can be angled and turned with the handle, and it has an included bubble level to make sure your shots are level wherever you set it up. And it is TALL. With just two of the leg sections extended, and the central post lifted to it's highest, it is already 5' off the ground. It does go all the way up to 74" and still feels stable even at that height. It has a hook on the central post as well if you needed to add sandbags for added stability. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Love this tripod, lightweight, includes carrying bag, has accessories but thats not the best part! Easy to use, easy to make smaller (table top-ish size), larger and has a built in bubble level, its great! As you can see from my attached photo it also works as a base for a portable art studio

I’m very happy with this tripod! It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and holds my phone securely without wobbling. The adjustable height is perfect for recording TikToks, taking photos, video calls, and creating content. The Bluetooth remote connected quickly and works great for hands-free photos. It’s lightweight enough to carry around but strong enough to stay stable. Overall, this is a great tripod for beginners and content creators. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent tripod! Sturdy, easy to move around and carry. I use them for smart telescopes. Great value and strong build!!! Even has a hook for a battery pack.

I purchased based on a YouTube video that indicated the tripod could take a full-frame mirrorless and telephoto lens. Surprised with the quality, sturdiness and functionality for the price, made predominantly of high grade plastic, yes it can handle 5kg easily. very happy with my purchase.

It's basic at best. The orange legs look good, the camera is stable, and the height is great. It's not professional by any means. Rotating the camera using the arm will cause the entire upper assembly to come loose, so you really need to tighten that down. Unfortunately there is no easy way to do that. The Pan head lock works well enough, just don't expect to use this as a movie making tripod unless you have super power dexterity. For stills, it works great. The price is great for what you get, and I wanted something I could drag around out in the bush, and muck. The addition of a bag is nice, and it's pretty light.
