Great product. I only use one in my lobe that isn't stretched, the only down side it that the hand itself is slightly too big for me to put it in my cartilage but doesn't hurt in my ear and isn't heavy which was my fear

They are heavy but I'm happy with the way it sits in my helix piercing

Too big. It hangs so low it looks very strange. I don’t have small earlobes

Great to look at, the screw backs are difficult to do up.

Love the design but the only downside, albeit minor, is that the securing device is screw on and is too small for big fingers.Not a big deal either :)
