Good value
The razor is excellent and very efficient, the only thing I find irksome is that is much cheaper to buy a whole new razor than buying the spare foils or cutters.

Close but no cigar
The shaver does a reasonable job but to get an acceptable result it is nowhere near the quickest and I'd estimate a third longer than the time for a 'five blade' wet shave. Having said that, it's reasonably quiet and, even taking into account the extended time factor, you can get several day's shaves before needing to recharge it. It has a pop out sideburns trimmer. There is a clip on stand with on/off button guard and a charger with two pin plug. You can use the shaver wet with shaving gel/foam in the shower, rinse it off in running water or use totally dry when you've no sink available and clean with the little brush supplied. It seems to be a little plasticky in build and I would not be surprised if it broke if wet hands dropped it on a tiled bathroom floor. The instructions are a little vague too especially in respect of the charger. While my charger evidently works ok it doesn't exactly perform as briefly described.Remember, It only cost £25 so realistically what can you expect, it works, useful especially when needing a shave without access to sink and gel but not as smooth a chin as a wet shave.

Closer to fine
This is proving a bargain so far. I needed a light and manoeuvrable electric razor after complex surgery. This works very well. It's quite a close cut, long life battery and easy to travel with etc. Comes with a handy charging stand and can be used wet or dry.

Really nice to hold, doesn't quite get all the stubble under my jawline!
My face is so sensitive when it comes to shaving, redness, sore to the touch, raised skin, etc. I really needed to get myself an electric shaver. After a good look around I stumbled on this shaver! The right price, I used Panasonic before so I was glad to see one in my price range. It was an easy decision. It came a few days after predicted delivery, no worry though, I didn't have to make much of an effort as it was my week off and my partner wasn't around for a few days. It come nicely boxed and secure in it's packaging. I found getting it out of its packaging a little bit of a pain! Nothing my trusty rusty scissors couldn't solve though! First impressions: It was a nice hold, felt great in the hand, great design! A precision trimmer on the side for the sideburns, shaping of beard and other... bits and pieces.. (come on don't lie guys). This is the longest test I have done before reviewing, a year and a bit to be precise. So three star I hear you ask... I have a prominent jawline, a not so small nose either. This makes using this shaver a bit a problem. I don't know of many others agree or not but on my jawline the shaver leaves the stubble pretty uneven and rough, same with under my nose and tashe area. I really couldn't get a smooth finish on my jawline and tashe line. I always had to break out my razor to finish it... doesn't that defeat the point a little? I wouldn't say it was a bad purchase as it worked well with the precision shaver! Worked on those pesky stray hairs on the neck, shoulders and back! Pretty useful. Do I still use the shaver on my face? Unfortunately not, it really does leave a noticeable amount of stubble on my jawline, I am back the the wet shaving. Back to the sore and redness. But the precision shaver does get used a lot. Honestly people with prominent jawlines, probably not the shaver for you. It could just be a me problem but it didn't work well for me. The battery life is pretty good to be honest and the hold as I said is excellent! I will probably stick with the wet shave until I give up and grow a massive beard. It hasn't been a waste of money no but for it's purpose, it doesn't suit me! Would I recommend? If you haven't got a jaw for the gods or a larger nose then please do, otherwise not something I could recommend!

Great little shaver
Great little shaver at a very reasonable price, gives a close shave and comfortable to hold, cleaning is a doddle just rinse under running water. The battery holds up for nearly two weeks with my shave time and as with all electric shavers the more time you spend shaving the closer the shave. This gives me a shave as good as my Philips Speed XL which was my previous favourite shaver. The blade cover is very clever allowing you to stand the shaver on its front or top for storage. The led for charging illuminates red when charging but will stay red whilst plugged in, so you have to remember to unplug after the full charge time (mentioned in the instructions). Overall a highly recommended shaver!

Small and mighty
Needed a replacement shaver when my other one died just at the end of a shave. Much more compact than my previous shaver, but I like it in that it doesn't take up much space and the footprint when on the charger stand is small so can be tucked away on a desk in a power point and not take up to much space. So far a good shave.

Exdcellent
Must be my fourth or fifth Panasonic shaver. I buy a new one about once a year because it's impossible to find replacement cutters and foils at a reasonable price. It's either cheaper or little more to buy a new shaver. Through trial and error I've found that the Panasonic shavers (at least of this design) give the closest shave and the quickest shave. Shave they go blunt after about 6 months and are difficult to get a good shave from after that. Panasonic really need to start selling the cutters and foils at a reasonable price if only for the environment.
