The product is made from high-quality materials. I've only used it for meat fondue so far but the results have been amazing. The heating element is quite fast at heating the oil and the oil mostly retains its temperature for the entire meal. My only complaints are that it should come with a longer lead and a slightly higher setting for those few times when everyone puts something in at the same time. However, if you wait 15 or 30 seconds before putting in another fork, the oil never grows cold. We now have family fondue night every week and every time we have guests over. I'm very happy overall.

First time buying a fondue, I was split between buying a gas one and an electric and I definitely made the right choice with electric. It's easy to use - just plug it in and turn the dial and heats up very quickly. When finished all you have to do is turn it off, lift off the pan (the pan just sits on top of the heater) and wash. Easy to bring out, easy to put away! And works extremely well. The only bad point I have is that the cheese keeps sticking slightly/leaving a mark, and this takes several washes to get rid of - however this might just be the cheese i'm using and maybe having it at a too high temperature!

A very good quality fondue set. Heated up well and didn't catch on the bottom of the pan. First time I have used an electric Fondue and was most impressed. Nice size too with plenty of room to feed a hungry bunch of people.

Disappointing quality - it works and heats etc BUT the pan is very poor quality and the lack of fondue forks just annoying

Owned this for years now and love it to bits! Cheese fondue being our favourite food, this has been used plenty of times! I would like a better dial.. it goes from off to boiling pretty quickly into turning the dial but I'm not shaving off any points as this is still going strong!
