Great lure for simulating a dying fish
I thought I'd just pen a quick review as as on its second outing, I've just caught a 5lb pike from a small local river. The lure is actually a bit light and would benefit from a couple of swan shot on or above the trace to help it sink a little and stay down a couple of feet if you simply want to cast and retrieve it. The retrieve needs to be quite quick to get some wiggle/action which is a bit annoying so today I changed to a slow twitch/sink and draw method allowing the lure to cover a few feet of depth while simulating a dying fish. The lure rolls and flashes the white underbelly beautifully and I had a take directly from under my feet. Definitely worth buying a couple for future trips.
