MyKronoz ZeTime Elite Hybrid Smartwatch 44mm with mechanical hands over a color touch screen – Brushed Silver / Milanese

I have had a smarwatch since Samsung came out with the first of the first.... I have enjoyed every iteration since then... I soooooo wanted this watch to be great... Alas.. It isn't!! It's very attractive.. Love the physical hands and you can customize watchfaces.. even download watch faces like Rolex and Breitling... But everything else is garbage.. Texts do NOT show up.. The software is buggy... The charger is a joke... I almost never write reviews.. Only for the best.. And the worst.. This smart watch is useless unless you want a Movado looking watch........ And yes I did update the software... And took the the time to learn the OS... And spent 2 weeks to use it.. And spoke with tech support.. And verified that the watch was working optimally..It's garbage.. And maybe I can help someone.

I really wanted to love this watch. When a notification comes in, it displays almost like it is hovering over the hands. That is the problem though, notifications are spotty at best. It seems that the app has to remain open to get notifications, and after a while the login to the app seems to time out or something....so no notifications end up working after a while. Email notifications do not work at all for me...I am using the nine email client. I am most likely going to return this and look at something else, although I don't see anything similar out there right now. If an update arrives in the next few days, I will try it to see if it improves first.

This watch was a huge letdown for me. I had been following the watch for a few months and was waiting for it to be available on Amazon for fear of issues with the product and ability to return in the event of issues. Overall, the watch has some really cool features, is stylish and comfy, and by far one of my favorite watches to wear. I returned this watch three times, each time there were defects with the watch. On two of the three, the crown button did not work. The watch does not automatically sync time, you have to go into the app, unpair, then repair again, this includes the weather updates as well. The tracker works sporadically, often I will be working at my desk for a few hours and achieve fitness goals without even walking away from my desk, which clearly indicates it does not work correctly. Honestly, if I had one of these watches that was reliable and all features worked on the same watch, I would give it 5 stars. Because of the fact that I have had problems with three separate watches in less than a month keeping an open mind each time, I will be returning this item with no intention of purchasing in the future. Hopefully, these issues can be resolved but for now it's a no go for me...

I really wanted to love this watch! But, too many other issues with the phone App and the ZeTime Elite watch so after a week I sent the watch back for a refund to Amazon. The notifications do not work with other 3rd party apps like Nine and Outlook the notification features are basically useless for me. The puck charger that came with the watch is a bad design and should have never made it to production. Also, I sent 2 requests for support, about some other items, in an email and have yet to get a response (7 days). This is just unacceptable support in my opinion for an expensive watch and final straw that prompted the return. If you get the charger with the stand and also use only their Apps then this could be okay but the price is just too high. Beware that the battery life is still 2 days when you use it as a 'smart watch'. The 'long' battery life is only if you use it as an analog only watch!

What the!!! Watch time goes off have to reset and stops working within an hour!!! A gift for Christmas that is a embarrassment :( figured it would keep time at the very least!!! Better be a fix or it’s going back and will never buy a mykrinoz product again!!! How dare the release a product that doesn’t work at holiday time want a disappointment !!!!

At first, everything was perfect and working in the way I expected from the product. Over time, the watch started to take a little longer to charge than the expected time range. Eventually, I'm looking at it right now with being on the charging base for over 24 hours and it's only at 74 % charged.I followed all cleaning instructions, did all app/firmware updates, reset the watch multiple times.... I reached out to MyKronoz to try resolving only to be sent an email saying do the update (which was already done). I responded to them that I did all and more that they wanted and the nothing has changed.While observing the charging, I noticed that the watch and the charging base frequently disassociate and the watch stops charging. It takes a bit to get the watch back to showing that it's charging again (if you notice that it disconnected).This is an inherit design flaw in either the watch itself or the charging base. After repeated attempts reaching MyKronoz for resolution (all with no responses) I've given up and am currently in the process to return the watch.Overall, the watch and functionality are what I was looking for, but the execution and support are very lacking for a company that expects to be in competition of other larger names.I would recommend this watch, but only after they do some internal work and clean up mistakes.

Great Looking Smartwatch! That’s where it ends! Horrible watch to Set Time! If a Smartwatch why doesn’t it sync with phone thru Bluetooth?Biggest complaint is Heart Rate function!Was sitting on couch and Heart Rate 68. Got Up and walked to kitchen and Heart Rate Alarm went off and showed a Heart Rate Of 197. 😖 I walked to kitchen! Didn’t sprint or Move Refrigerator!This happened several times!Contacted Customer Support with No Reply!Returned!
