Q: Can we use this cream to brighten knees and elbow

It’s a dermatological skin emollient with a slight exfoliating action to smooth the skin as it says in the information regarding the product... it is not a skin lightener/ dark spot remover

Q: can this be used for my face?

I used another brand 10% urea cream on my face for some months then I went for this one for more than an year and honestly since I started using a 10% urea cream I have big improvement of my skin. I used to have spots on my chin, now I have spotless face for more than two years. But my skin is quite dry so maybe that's why it reacts so well to this intensive urea cream.

It's the skin's natural moisturiser. It's a chemical compound, and yes, also found in urine- which doesn't mean that the product contains urine!
