At a price of £14 this is an absolute bargain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple - does the job *by U***D on 17 January 2018* I first started with a steel pour filter device that I could just put over my cup, but I became dissatisfied with that as it got clogged and stopped filtering so fast. I had to turn to the traditional filter device, and I didn't want a machine as it would be unnecessary expense and I don't need heating plates that make the coffee turn bad after extensive heating over a long time. Making great coffee doesn't take more than a few minutes if you organise your wardrobe effectively. It's therapeutic making coffee, and cleaning is a doddle as you can just rinse it quickly. Paper filters are cheap, but you might also buy a goose-neck kettle to make your pouring more controlled - not 100% necessary but great if you are really getting into the whole coffee scene and loving it. To balance out the review, the only thing I'm worried about is breaking it as it is rather thin glass, and also it may crack if it changes temperature too rapidly - so if you pre-heat it with boiling water, beware.
