I thought this was going to be your usual tin sign, good enough just to hang on our summerhouse; pleasantly surprised to find that the quality is outstandingly good (for the price).

So it's funny because I saw this and knew I had to buy it for my Mum - partly because hey, it is funny, but partly because I actually donated a kidney to her!! So whilst it was many monnths ago when I bought and gave this sign to my Mum, it was also 3 weeks after the transplant. The room was packed when she opened the gifts she had and everyone fell to pieces with laughter - I needed pain meds I was laughing so hard!

Rapid delivery of the item, well packaged, a good quality item and it was exactly as the seller described it as being.
