Q: Silly question but can you watch tv whilst using the face mask or do the eyes get covered up due to the light?

I have watched many tv programmes whilst wearing the face mask. I guess it takes a bit of getting used too as the mask is on the heavy side. I find laying down heavier as it squashes your face so I felt like I couldn’t breath. I find it better sitting up against a pillow which also allows me to watch tv which makes the session go quicker. It really is s fantastic product which has helped clear my spot prone skin.

It's marked "mix". White light consists of individual red, blue and green components and hence does not consist of a single wavelength or frequency
