At first I was kind of skeptical abkut this generator because of being an off brand. The design of the generator makes the functionality easy; Everything is in one central location. Depending of your use the battery life can last for a while.My wife and I did a road trip from Michigan to Minnesota and back; the batter barely drained. Then again we used the solar charger a lot. When it was not charging the battery lasted for 12 hours; but all we were doing was charge our phones. Having a computer hooked up; the battery lasted 6 hours; due to more power being drawn.It works when you go camping and the solar panel charges with no issue. I plan to buy more to cycle through as one dies go to the next.The size is as described; the only awkward part is the solar panel.I personally think it is worth the investment; more so if you are trying to travel light but want portable power. This set up is basic but gives room for you to set the rig up in a way to be more convenient.

I was surprised when I went to charge it up. The generator was already charged to 70 percent. It took less than hour to fully charge it to 100 percent. The real test will be when I plug up to a loud/pa speaker.

I have seen some reviews critical of VTOMAN support, so I wanted to share a positive experience I just had. I bought this unit 23 months ago and the output side just quit working. I saw there was a 2-year warranty so I emailed support. They got back to me promptly and just ask me to submit a short video showing what was going on. They shipped me a replacement one and a shipping label to return the old one. I've been very pleased with the whole process. I really like this unit. The only reason for 4 stars is that it did die in 23 months.

It is one of the best power generators, very practical for camping and for many countries that do not have electricity.

Mine has been above and beyond expectations. I got it strictly to charge electronics on the road but have been also able to use a blender on the road, recharge tool batteries, and it so far has surpassed my 1200w Oupes in reliability and efficiency.

I highly recommend it to people who have relatives in Cuba because of the energy situation they have, it helps a lot to alleviate this problem, it does not serve to connect electric pots or refrigerators.

Battery last long and its easy to use.
