If I take 2 before bed I have the longest most relaxed sleep EVER! Don't take 2 unless you've got time to oversleep in the morning

Giant Capsules - unusable product
ZMA has always worked well for me. It makes me sleep deeper. But I have no idea if these are any good because they're too big to swallow. If you have a giant throat and aren't bothered by potential choking they're probably fine.

Nightmares!
Did the job but gave me nightmares and morning brain fog so stopped using them after a couple of weeks
