Q: can this be used in a door panel where perspex replaces glass?

Hi, unfortunately we hold no testing of the product used with Perspex / acrylic.

Q: Can this we used to fill a 2cm diameter hole in stone bowl so that the bowl can hold water without leaking? Thanks.

You still need to paint putty to make it waterproof on your windows, and it's not stone coloured, it's cream. Personally, as someone who does some restoration work, I'd get some 2 part filler. Where you mix the filler with a hardener, for a hole that size. Don't mix it all at once, but fill in the hole gradually. Then use an acrylic paint to colour match your stone the best you can. You can texturise the filler to match your bowl before it dries. Then use a varnish over the whole of the inside of the bowl to waterproof your repair. It sounds a faff, but your bowl obviously is important for you to want to fix it. So don't botch it, for the sake of doing it fast. Good luck :)

Q: Other than linseed oil, what else does the it contain?

Although the full breakdown is business sensitive, the material also contains sand, pigment, filler and polymer.

Q: What colour is natural? I’m after grey

Natural is the normal colour of putty an off white to beige. The linseed oil gives the slightly brown tint. Not aware they sell coloured putty, never heard of grey. Putty once matured can be painted over for colour.

Already dried in pot

There was a crust of dried putty on the top and sides of the tub meaning I had to discard about 20% of it when using to avoid getting hard bits in the putty I put on the window. Surely this isn't normal?

Everbuild linseed putty

Good stuff at a good price. Perhaps slightly dry but did the job nicely. Drying takes at least one month as the putty hardening process works by oxidation.

Good Glazing Putty

The glazing putty is just the right consistency and has great adhesion.The putty is very workable. I wore nitrile gloves when kneading and applying it to the windows.I would definitely buy this glazing putty again!
