DO NOT BUY. Update: they sent me a different xbox for the replacement and that one doesn't work either. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The description is inaccurate and so far I've had to ship back 2 xbox 360 consoles and wasted 2 months.

SCAM!!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I’ve ordered two different Xbox 360 elites from them. The first wouldnt play games bc it wasn’t a US country code. I returned it and only received a partial refund and decided to try again. The 2nd they sent was rattling as soon as it came out of the box and won’t connect to my tv.

Not an x box!
I don't understand this product, thought it was a referbished x box but it's basically a dvd player and nothing else. Am i supposed to use my old drive or download somthing? It sits on my dresser and does nothing. I hate it and don't understand why you sell a product like this. Way beyond my scope. Thanks for nothing.

Es la primera vez que compro un producto "refurbished". Sin embargo la garantía que me ofrecía Amazon me dio la confianza de hacerlo. El producto llegó en buen estado y no tenía daños físico aparentes. Lo compré para un sobrino de 5 años y la sorpresa fue muy bonita. Sin embargo, unas cuantas semanas después me dice su papá que el Xbox presentaba la falla catastrófica de las "tres luces". Lamentablemente tuve que quitarle su regalo a mi sobrino para devolverlo a Amazon. La devolución no presentó ningún problema y me devolvieron mi dinero. Sin embargo, uno no compra las cosas para aprovechar la devolución de su dinero, sino poder disfrutar del bien adquirido.
