Been taking for the past month and think they might be reducing inflammation of my skin. Quite big tablets so might be difficult for some people to swallow. No taste or smell from them. Good value for money.

its okay, I didn't feel much of a difference clearing brain fog, but it leaves you constipated. best take it every other week.

The good reviews about the product prompted my purchasing. I queried the seller(s) about dose. The product gives a daily dose of 2 capsules per day. I wasn't sure whether it was best to take 2 together or 1 in the morning and the other in the afternoon or evening. I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to take too large a dose at the same time hence contacting the seller(s). The seller replied and requested I contact the manufacturer.

Store them in the fridge to keep away the fishiness. They don't give you the fishy unpleasant burps, since it has sweet orange oil in. I prefer these to other softgels which have oregano oil instead of orange in. They do a great job maintaining my sanity and keeping away the migraines when my brain runs mln miles per hour.

My wife had been researching our son's disabilities and any possible products that might be beneficial to easing some of his symptoms in order to improve his daily life, I am always the sceptical one so when she discovered that research in America had found adding EPA to a person’s diet with Autism positively improved communication and social interactions and reduced restricted and repetitive behaviours I had my doubts. Finding EPA in the daily suggested recommended level was slightly harder but BioCare Mega EPA (Omega-3 Fish Oil) ticked all the boxes. The tablets are quite large, but I have found them easy to pierce and administer, the changes were not only quick but completely amazed me. Our son communication has trebled, and he engages in recognisable verbalised play for the first time, it is still early days and we have a long journey a head of us but very impressed with the results so far
