Eco Styler Black Castor and Flaxseed Oil Gel 32oz

Another strong showing from Eco Styler (see my review on the Coconut version !) The price is great for the amount of hair product you get in these hefty tubs and the smell is pretty mild in this formula. My scalp can be quite sensitive at times which means any build up of product can leave me with a bit of a reaction but I've not had any issues with this - it washes out really easily as well and gives a good level of hold. In the past I've tried plenty of different brands as well as types of hair product and I've stuck with Eco for over a year as they are now my go to for hair styling products. Great product. Great quality. Great price.

When I got this product. I was surprised of the size I got. It is good value for money. But when I opened it, i was skeptical at first because I have used gel product in the past that dried out my hair. But this Castor oil and flaxseed is really great. I am black and I have thick hair. The moment I had put this product in my hair, it makes it really soft, even if I do not put for a few days, my hair is still soft and nice. I highly do recommend this product became there is also vitamin E and Omega-3 which is beneficial and nutritious for the root of your hair.

I have 4c hair, its not as thick as some others but I still have found nothing to lay it down. Eco styler has done the best job for me so far and this one didn't make my hair too dry and no crispy flaky textures either. It doesn't perfectly lay my hair down though as there are still frizzes coming up but its good enough for now.

I literally use gel everyday so this big tub of eco gel was perfect . It’s pretty good value for money and it is not heavily scented like some other gels . Works pretty good on my hair for getting a slick hairstyle and I have 4a hair so would definitely recommend product !

This is the second one I have used by this brand and its been perfect for my curly hair, great for those following CGM. It's very affordable and the pot is huge, it's going to last a long time. There isn't much fragrance to it, it distributes well through my hair without leaving crust or "dandruff" and leaves me with soft, defined curls.

I usually go for the red ecostyler but decided to try this as it was cheaper and it contained castor oil. It smells lovely, it’s not as thick as other gels but my fine hair didn’t mind that. It made my hair incredibly curly, I think this is just because it’s not heavy like the other gels. My curls lasted all day and were okay overnight.

Ich bin ein Mann über 50Jahre, der seine Haare nach hinten kämmt und dabei etwas Gel benutzt. Das Eco Styler Black Castor & Flaxseed Oil Haargel, vertrage ich sehr gut, kein Kopfhautjucken feststellbar !! Das ist nicht bei jeden Haargel bei mir so gewesen, oft musste ich mich unbewusst am Abend kratzen. Dieses Gel ist sehr angenehm und neutral. Es hat einen leicht süßlichen Geruch, der aber nicht aufdringlich ist. Von der Menge her, brauch ich sehr wenig, ungefähr das was auf eine Zahnbürste beim Zähneputzen passt, bis das doppelte davon, als Vergleich. Ich mache vorher die Hände nass, entnehme die Menge und reibe es dann in die Haare gut ein. Es hat eine starke Festigkeit, deshalb braucht man so wenig. Somit ist es bei der Menge auch ein optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Die Zutaten scheinen auch alle sehr hochwertig zu sein und auf Chemie weitgehend, bis ganz verzichtet zu werden. Das steht alles in Englisch drauf, ist mir aber zu aufwendig, das alles zu übersetzen. Es ist für mich ein absolut sehr gutes, verträgliches und funktionstaugliches Produkt und ich nehm nur noch dieses oder das mit dem roten Deckel (das mit dem Argan Öl). Ich bin froh auf ein so gutes Produkt gestoßen zu sein und gebe wohl die erste deutsche Bewertung dafür ab. (Englische Bewertungen gibt es einige Hunderte). ...Kleine Info: Ich habe beim Verkäufer auch noch das Eco- Styler Gel mit dem roten Deckel gekauft und für beide zusammen nur einmal die Versandkosten bezahlt. Das kann man im Warenkorb ausprobieren ob das geht.

Like I used for curling my 4c hair. It defines and nourish my hair.

Waited a few months so i could give a proper review. Been using this stuff almost every day in my hair and i love it! Gives a nice hold to my curls, without any crunchiness. And even after sleeping on my curls, the gel still leaves some decent definition till the next morning. The scent is amazinggg. I've been trying the "no poo" method for a while until i found a really awesome sulfate free shampoo, but before i did i wanted something that would make my hair smell nice again (due to the lack of products i was using). Anyways, this stuff smells great! Not overpowering cuz the scent dies down throughout the day, but it really does smell amazing. Love the size of this massive container too. For travel i just scoop some into a smaller pot, but it's lasted me about 3 months so far and i'm only halfway through! I know that it's a bit overpriced, but considering the international shipping fees and exchange rate, i'm not bothered. In fact the cost of my garnier gel i used to use, works out to about the same price as this one due to its massive size. Also, i remember other reviews saying their product arrived damaged. Not sure what happened there, but mine came nicely bubble wrapped with no damages. I'll include a picture of how it arrived in the box. Anywho, really love this stuff - highly recommend. Bout to order another one before i leave abroad for school!

Le produit sent très bon mais ne fixe malheureusement pas du tout. J'ai des cheveux fins et mi-longs. Je l'ai testé à 3 reprises, au cas ou! Dommage c'est une grande quantité.

Commande et recommande dès qu'il commence à ce vider!! Ce gel est super, il est agréable, pas d'effet casque,ni mm d'effet gel un fois sec,pas de vieille effet blanc, n'abîme pas mes cheveux, sens bon,le coiffure reste intacte toute la journée,franchement au top, le meilleur entre tous pour moi, mes filles et mon mari, sachant qu'aucun d'entre nous n'avons le mm type de cheveux !!!!
