Q: How much?? Have been taking 2g a day of artificial vitc, but what's the equivalent in acerola, or is this a silly question?

You'd have to take 10 capsules for 2g of vitamin C. We also have acerola powder which is more convenient for those requiring higher doses of vit C, 2 teaspoons of the powder is provides just over 2g of vitamin C.

Q: Is the cherry heat processed before being freeze dried? Heat processing damages the vitamin C so just wanted to check before buying

All our Acerola cherry powder is made with a unique low heat water process manufactured in the EU to the highest of EU standards. This is not made in China or South America like most others on the market. At the end of powder manufacturing stage the product is stringently tested so you can be sure this is of the highest of quality available.

Q: Is this capsules or powder?

Capsules .....but if you have trouble swallowing capsules just twist them to break them open and add the powder inside to a little orange or apple juice, mix and drink.
