Has anybody used this with waterless coolant? as a pc cooling system, the absence of water appears to be a) better heat transfer b) no risk of shorts!

What is waterless coolant? If the properties of this magic liquid/gas don’t damage Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) then you have your answer.

What is it in inches? Boggling my head trying to work it out!

This tube is about thirty nine inches long. The internal diameter is 3/8ths of an inch and the external diameter half an inch. It serves us excellently for siphoning water in and out of our fish tank.

will this fit the hozelock connector for mixer tap want to try an experiment the dia of the connector is 12.5 1/2 will this pipe work ?

I don't think the inside diameter of that hose will fit over the Hozelock nipple on the inside.
