The media could not be loaded.  I knew this was going to a be problem from the moment I opened the box, but I trusted other reviews. The lightning connecter is loosely placed in the charger. I carefully take the phone in and out and have used it maybe 5 times and the lightning connecter actually broke in the receiving end of my phone. See video for details. Since I'm past 30 days I'm out of luck. I don't recommend this for that terrible design flaw. I always get a batter/charger like this whenever I get a new phone and should have trusted my instincts when I got this out of the box.Also, it doesn't charge it completely for me, never did. It would get me about 50% which is really all I needed to get by anyway - I got it to use for emergencies only. If you do get one be super careful to make sure you take it out from the top first and that should minimize this issue, but I thought I was doing that and it still broke.

So far, I'm thrilled. I understand from other reviewers that the "connection point" is weak. However, I'm not going to be taking mine in and out often so that's not an issue for me. Otherwise, the charging both by cable and magnetic work like a charm and the extra time it gives me on my iPhone 14 is great. I'm super pleased. It's a little heavy and a little bulky but to be expected and not a show stopper versus it pluses!

I bought this battery case in June 2023. It is now Jan. 2024. The charging port is hit-and-miss for recharging the battery. It worked well for 5 months but the last month it has let me down several times. It's frustrating since my iPhone 14 Pro internal battery only lasts about 10 hours before needing a charge. I plug the battery case in each night only to wake up and find it did not charge overnight. The issue is in the receptacle. It is loose. QA is bad. Unfortunately, Apple does not make a battery case for the 14 Pro.

This was a replacement after the one I got quit working after a month’s use. This does charge the phone though it does not magnetize to a wireless charger to charge

Stopped charging after 6 months of use. Not recommended.

Flexible and easy to use. Holds a great charge for a day out.

Device will no longer accept a charge

I’ve had this item for about a year now, but only use it on the handful of work trips I have taken. It crapped out on me this most recent time. It was working fine, then just stopped charging. It’s never worked to wireless charge, so in the trash it went. Now I’m looking for a replacement, but it won’t be this brand.
