I’ve just brought a copper curtain pole and was hoping to use this product to paint the curtain grommets. Would this colour be suitable?

It's not really a paint. You rub it on with a cloth and then buff it up hence the name. It gives a good finish. If it is the same colour as the pole It should work.

I have used on cupboard door handles as the wax sets but I have had to touch up a couple of times just through constant usage but there has been no residue on my hands hope this has been helpful
