Delicious, Quality Oyster Sauce
This stuff is delicious and addictive. I put it in so many sauces and marinades. Really good quality and you get a lot of it. The top can get a bit messy.

Rich Flavour
A good sized 600ml glass bottle of Maker Thai oyster sauce which is thick but, still pours easily. It is rich dark brown colour, smells beanie and salty and tastes slightly sweet, savoury and salty all at the same time. this is a great sauce to cook with as t adds body to any sauces but, is not overpowering. A tasty condiment for rice dishes, stir fries and soups. This sauce contains 30% oyster extract which, is a lot higher than most other oyster sauce brands. The use by date is about 18months from purchase.

The Pearl In The Oyster
Seriously yummy. Made my first chicken dish with this the other night and it ticked all the right boxes. Not overly salty, sweet, cloying or spicy, just flavour versatility in a nice big bottle. It lets you control the strength of flavour to add to meat, vegetables or both and leaves a dish tasty, nice and 'saucy' not watery and is easy to pour and use like any other western condiment. Just the job for me.
