Daughter loves this book.
My daughter absolutely loves this book, I bought it for her to learn extra songs on her keyboard that she can show off at school during music lessons.My daughter can easily read and understand each note and able to practice any song in the book.

Good book but note letters unclear
Good little book with some well known tunes but also unknown tunes and I'm 62! My only critism is the note letters are hardly visible. As this book is for beginners these note letters will need to be rewritten to enable my six year old Grandson to read.

This came with a keyboard from Santa. My daughter was playing songs the same day. I signed her up for keyboard classes at school.

OK, but not for an absolute beginner
We bought a Yamaha PSS-F30 keyboard for our 3yo grandson's birthday as he has demonstrated an aptitude for and liking of music. Indeed, we can't keep him away from our piano!After consulting with his mum, we opted for a robust but relatively simple keyboard from a reputable brand. This seemed to fit the bill and mum reports he spends hours on it - both with her helping and on his own. Being quite compact and light, it's easily transported as necessary.We included a set of 4 x AA batteries, some key stickers and a simple song book. I think his mum has more use of the song book at present but I am sure he'll find it useful as he grows and develops.As long as he's happy, then so are we....
