Will the yellow colour show through on my wallpaper ?

Hi. It is not yellow. It’s clear when mixed. I used for white wallpaper 6 months ago. No signs of yellow. It’s like potato starch( we used to use it in past)

Is this product good to use to re-paste old wallpaper?

You can paste any wallpaper. If you are just sticking down edges it will work fine. If the paper is old stock you may get bubbles where the paper is too dry.

is this paste child friendly?

Is it suitable for a child's room...yes of course. Once the wall paper is up you there will be no exposure to the anti-fungal. Do you allow the child to play with it or eat it? then NO! The anti-fungal will keep down mildew spores if you have any dampness...these are also harmful to children especially if they have asthma or other breathing problems.
