I note that someone said they were quite big! I have small ears do they have a child size? Years ago earex did a child size and they fitted well.

Will these block/reduce pressure on the ears when diving at depth (not too deep 4m max)?

Pressure is built up in the inner ear if you block your ears with plugs you can severely damage your ear drums even at a few meters.

Can you pull a swim hat over these or do they stick out too much?

I always wear a swim hat with mine, I personally believe they would fall out without a hat on.
